To deliver workplace massage effectively you require a minimum area of 2m x 2m to enable the therapist to set up their massage couch or chair whilst allowing enough room for them to move around the equipment comfortably. When delivering massage therapy on the couch we also recommend this space is in a private room away from the main working area.
Yes - our massage therapists will bring all the equipment that they require to deliver the service which will include the massage couch/ chair, privacy screens (where required), medical forms, towels and oils.
Although we can work with clients to create a schedule that works for them, we typically deliver 11 x 30-minute sessions of ‘On the Couch’ massage or 25 x 15-minute sessions of ‘Behind the Chair’ massage across the working day.

Before working with The Workplace Bodycoach all massage therapists undergo a thorough recruitment and onboarding process during which we confirm that they are fully qualified and insured to deliver our services.
At the start of the session the individual will be asked to complete a Medical Consent Form to check that there are no contraindications and then they will discuss what they would like to focus on during the session. The therapist then delivers a massage focused on the individuals requirements to leave them felling refreshed and rejuvenated.
